We have used Pro-Fresh several times now and have been pleased with the service from the phone call to the finished job. We will use them again. I’m very happy that my 14 year old carpets look almost new again!

This company seems to be baiting and switching customers. I booked online and they listed one price and they arrived to my home and now they want to charge me 5 times the original quote. We went from $69 or $79 for 3 Rooms up to $489 when the technician showed up and said it doesn't come with cleaning solutions??? I thought my carpet was going to be cleaned.

Excellent Service! They arrived on time, assessed the carpet and even got the wine stains out! I'm so happy with them!
