Royal Wood Flooring

I just closed on my new home in Scottsdale AZ and wanted to get my wood floors sanded and refinished before I painted and started moving in. I found Royal Wood Flooring with their amazing and positive online reviews, and figured I'd give them a call.

I spoke with Vinny, the owner, on the phone and he told me that he was able to come over the next day to give me an in home estimate. He was on time, professional and courteous. I had about 2,750 sq feet of flooring and the price was right around what he quoted me over the phone. (Came out to be a little less.)

I thought he was going to tell me he could come back in a few days, but he was actually able to get started the same week.
Vinny sent me a few pictures of the progress throughout the entire refinishing process and kept me up to speed on a few of the areas I was concerned about.
I had a ton of questions on how to take care of the floors, how to clean them, if my painter should use tape, how my movers should bring in the furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!
