AZ Spa Repair

This guy stole $700 from me.

Mike, the owner at AZ Spa Repair, came to my house to repair my hot tub in Dec 2018. He quoted me $1,300 to repair the hot tub, with a part that cost $700. On Dec 7, 2018, he had me prepay $700 for the part, which he then put on order. Months passed without any part or service. In about early Summer 2019, I finally asked him to cancel the part order and refund my $700. He said he would, but would not pay be until he got a refund, which I thought was odd and told him I did not want to wait until then. I kept following up for months and months, and as of Nov 13, 2019, he still has not refunded my money and is ignoring my texts and phone calls. I attached an image of the $700 I paid him on his invoice.
