THIS IS A FOLLOW UP!!
I had my receiver repaired it lasted 5 days and same problem. He wanted it back and would revise the estimate. He would not repair it at no charge, I spent 250.00 with him. I turn in a complaint to the credit card company they took off my charge. He wrote back and they put back on. I had it repaired by an Authorized Yamaha dealer and paid 356.78. They claim that no work was none and no parts were replaced. They told me he may have cleaned contacts. He didn't even blow out the receiver!. They did and produced documentation that they did blow it out. He lies. He says he blow it out yet they show in paper work they did. He says I embarrassed hid employees when he is a one man operation. HE LIES!!! I have enclosed the paid bill and the charges were taken off my card. This guy wrote a thing on yelp about me saying I was trying to get something for nothing when I paid more to get the job done right. Bill and information was sent to the credit card company. Read what he wrote on Yelp. Would you even want to do business with an owner like that?? Oh by the way the smell that he wrote about was after shave that he couldn't afford or never used. The charges were taken off my account. DON'T GO THERE!! I thinking about turning in a complaint to the Attorneys Generals Office and the Dept of Consumer Affairs.

I've used Arizona Video Electronics a few times over the years and they're great ! There are few if any electronic repair shops that have been in business for as longs as these guys and they do excellent work.I just picked up my Yamaha surround receiver and Denon cd player that they repaired and both work great for a more than reasonable repair price and both were repaired in just a few days,I highly recommend them and have told family and friends about them who have also used them and are all happy with their repair services, none better in the valley !

I recently brought my 15-year-old Marantz receiver to this shop for repair. The owner (Tim) gave me a quote within a day and ordered parts and repaired my receiver within a week for a very reasonable amount.
It works like new and I couldn't possibly be happier.

I will never take my TVs or stereo equipment to anyone else for repair. Very highly recommended.

I brought my $1500.00 Receiver in for repair. I was given an estimate which I approved. When I went to pick it up It had dirty hand prints all over it and it was full of dust just like I brought it in. He ran my card and I said for $275.00 You can even blow out the dust? I work on PC Electronic Boards and the need ventilation. I placed the receiver in my trunk and brought in a can of air which I use on electronic parts. II told him we use this. I walked back to the car and the owner threw the can of air at me in the parking lot. The repair he made lasted 2 hours. I would not go back because of his temper. I was only trying to help. I will stop payment on my card. Imagine a owner throwing a can at you. I will get an estimate from some where else

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Arizona Video Electronics. Another local company wanted me to take my 50" plasma to them, then charge me $90 just to look at it, and then they would quote me a price to fix it. Tim came to my house to look at my tv, took the part back with him that needed to be repaired and came back within 48 hours to complete the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable, arrived at the scheduled times and above all very honest.I would recommend them anyone, great service and good prices.

I had Arizona Video come to my house to repair my Toshiba plasma Tv and they did a great job and even reconnected the TV properly to get a better picture at no charge,so they went above and beyond the actual repair and were also very nice and took care in the TV repair unlike other home services we have used.We would highly recomend them to anyone needing TV repair.

Called for service on my 42" T...

Called for service on my 42" Toshiba. After online research I told them over the phone what parts needed to be replaced. Guy on the phone said it would be $65 for repairs plus parts. I was cautious about spending to much for repair vs buying new. He said he would have the tech call me first to give me a better quote. He never called he just showed up. He looked at my screen and told me exactly what I had told them already needed to be replaced.

So how much will it cost to fix it? Turns out the $65 was just to show up and tell me what I already knew! $100 for parts (same parts online $50). $170 for labor. I asked him how long it would take him. He says 30-45 mins. This guy makes over $170 an hour!? Now up to $335 this is more than I wanted to spend on repair but I'm already on the hook for the $65. 1 hour 30 mins later he is still not done. He had to leave. Said he would call to set up a time to come back. Never called. Called him 10 days later. Said it would now be $800 labor?

This review is totally untrue. We would never come to a customers house without calling first, never ! We have been in bussiness in the same Phoenix location for 29 years and it has ALWAYS been our solid co. policy to call ALL customers before we come out on a service calls. We have an A+ BBB rating and you can find multiple great reviews of our service at other places on the internet that proves our great service. We also charge flat rate for repairs, not hourly rate.If we said we would be back,we would and have NEVER charged anyway near $800 labor, that is rediculous and untrue.
