Yd Hardwood Floors

I have to give YD 5 stars**** but yelp block it. I purchased flooring for the my home, over 2230 square feet. The flooring is a very good maple with no knots and or holes, a beautiful grey color. YD I love work with them. They sell oak, maple, bamboo,laminate,and vinyl. 1st time that I learn bamboo can be floor for house.

I love my floors. They are professional and did it really quickly. They have various floors to choose, and the price is good. They recommend me to stop by the store so that I can choose the exact one I like. Then, I stopped by their office to choose the hardwood, and made a schedule for my house.

Bad customer service. Called them to ask about flooring and cabinets and they hanged up on me. Called again and they didn't seem to understand anything I asked. Very disappointing.

Horrible! They installed my floor and they buckled within a year. I tried to get them to come back to fix it but they said I require the contract which they never gave me. They only had an estimate but they would not accept that or the receipt of my payment that they had emailed to me. THEY DO A FAST AND HORRIBLE JOB DO NOT HIRE THEM. I've never had a hardwood floor buckle on me before.

YD Hardwood Floors is best in Philadelphia Area!! They have so many beautiful woods & choices!! Their installers are very professional! My new flooring is just wonderful! They cleaned up everything before they left too!!
