Overall

Incompetent billing department. We have been dealing with a sleep center bill for seven months. They tell us we owe nothing, but then we get a bill. We call, they tell us again we owe nothing, they we get another bill. We call again, they say we owe nothing and now a collection agency. Are we supposed to spend the rest of our lives talking to their incompetent billing staff? Completely unfair and lacking any degree of customer service or competency. Think of how much they are wasting their own time let alone ours. We are livid, yet nobody will help us.

Overall
This hospital is too expensive...

This hospital is too expensive for the doctor's experience. I went there twice due to a high pressure in my head that occurred after air travel. First visit, the doctor just prescribed drugs available over the counter. The second time, they did a lot of tests and prescribed lots of drugs, only to help temporarily (2 days and then the problem was back). And I question the experience of their doctors. I still keep getting bills from Chestnut hill doctors for over $2000. RIDICULOUS. I am traveling, I will NEVER visit Chestnut Hill Hospital again and do not recommend to people who are not fully insured or wants to get back to their life faster. These people are only businessmen, NOT REAL DOCTORS TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE GET HEALTHIER.

I went to ENT and this doctor took a look into my nose, ear and throat and bammm, he knew I had nasal irritation and swelling causing the pressure buildup. A $6 drug and couple of free nasal sprays from his office and I am back to my normal life and it has been over 2 months I am living a healthy life, hats off to Dr.Jeffrey BuckWalter. I was more than happy to pay him $120 because he FIXED my problems.

I would encourage people to find the right doctor for your problem instead of going to emergency room for a temporary cheap fix with bills over the roof that you just can't afford to pay.
