Brown's Iron Work

I'm not sure what the other people are talking about my family and I have been using Brown's Iron Works for years they do very good work ,we're always please with there work and very friendly.

I went there to order a guardrail. Mr. Brown is not there but was told by his assistance that he will get back to me as soon as he gets to the office. That was four days ago and I still have not heard from him despite the fact that I told her that the job was very urgent.
His assistance likes to play games. She send me silly question every day, during these four days, as if she is trying to keep me from going to other metal works.
He might be good at what he does but if he is not professional enough to respect his clients and let them know if he will accept their job or not in a timely manner, I got no use for him and so should you.
