        Dear Jerry, It's been about four years now, and I thought I would drop a note to let you know how well you and your staff have been doing. I've always had a security system, both in the corporate business, as well as my private residence. My numerous experiences with various company's, from very large to relatively small, have ranged from very good to well below acceptable As a home owner, it's been wonderful getting the king of responsive, hands on attention to detail....just plain good service, that kind of service that I only saw back when I represented a large corporation.
