NATHAN, supposedly the manager, was the rudest and most arrogant customer service I have ever received anywhere. Working in a corporate HR myself, red flags should of been going off with NATHAN. Because I could not hear him properly on the drive thru mic, I sat waiting longer than usual and even asked if he was there. I eventually drove up to the window to tell him I couldn’t hear and would place my order but when I got to the window, he rudely made a remark about me sitting there and him waiting on me. I told him why and he said the mic was on and turned up and he continued being rude asking me what do I need want? I told NATHAN he was being very rude and NATHAN continued arguing with me.When I saw him step back and move towards closing the window I drove off and pulled over and called the location to ask the name of the owner and NATHAN answered and asked if it was me. NATHAN again started arguing with me and acting all smug saying that he was not rude and told me the location was corporate owned. I eventually hung on him. Krispy Kreme would be better off to close this location than to have a rude and arrogant manager like NATHAN.
