Sept 29, 2015. AAA+++.. I contacted Thomasino to put in 2 new garage door openers. "AJ" arrived early and upon inspection asked me to let him realign and lubricate the units I had. He also had parts with him to repair a bad control board. After 25 minutes he had both units running like a top! He took the time to program 3 different vehicles home link systems. Great service, Great representative, saved us just over $500!

not a good experience , these people ordered the wrong windows 13,000,00 dollars worth after my husband talked with the salesman several I mean several times about what we wanted specifically. my husband is so trusting and good he just signed off on the paperwork because the man said it was a rush order to get this product in the time frame we needed to build our home. we were going to spend another 14,00.00 for doors , however when we received the wrong windows they would not even consider exchange. this is a horrible customer service sales rep company. I intend to contact Fox 6 and other representation.

I had this company replace my door, coundn't have asked for better service when I wanted to buy something, BUT...



Two months later my door wouldn't close, had to call someone for repair since it was the weekend. They were closed.



The installer installed the steel mounting plates over several wires and they eventually shorted. I called and they were to let me know about the money I paid someone else. I had to call back when I had no response and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Trued to call back and went to voice mail.



YOUR DECISION

Thomasino is a fantastic company. They came to my house to fix springs on my garage door. It took the guy less than 10 minutes to fix both of the springs. Prior to calling Thomasino we checked online for replacement springs, in an attempt to replace them ourselves. At the end of the day I decided against it and called Thomasino. The price they quoted was about 15 dollars higher than the price I found for just the springs online. The had courteous service and were prompt, quick and effecient. I would recommend this company to anyone.



I actually called them on another occasion to replace the glass in one of my doors and they told me how I could fix it cheaper than them coming out. It blew my mind that someone would turn down money to help out the customer. What a great company.
