I have been going to this salon for years and I still love it. Their services are great and they’re very friendly. My nails look great every time and I can actually relax. Their SNS and gel are beautiful and amazing. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a relaxing mani and pedi.

I have been going here (with my sister and my mom) for over a year on a regular basis. I haven't been in about 3 weeks as we have been super busy / out of town. In the past, the service was always pleasant and my nails were always great. However, after today, I will never be going back. It seemed to be a little busier than normal but instead of just asking people to wait or come back, they were rushing and being extremely pushy about doing other services while waiting. First, I wanted tips, so one young lady started on them. After she cuts the plastic tips to the shorter length, she gets up and says someone else will finish and goes and starts helping another person. (Note: This occurred after I refused several times about getting a pedicure. I needed to be out quickly and had allotted the normal time. When I told her I didn't have time, she insisted they could do it. When I refused again, she left me.) After she got up, I started to look at how she cut the nails. They were all very different lengths. One was so short that there was only just enough for it to sit on my nail and no more. Once a second person began to help me (I think he is the owner), I showed him and he seemed irritated but stuck my nail in acetone and left me again. 20 minutes later, he returned and took it out and began to finally work on my nails. He was going extremely fast and putting so much pressure that it actually hurt. I just tried to relax - the reason why I like the place was that it was relaxing. Not anymore. As he was finishing my nails and before painting, he put so much pressure that he tore my cuticle and it started bleeding. Rather than let me wash my hands, he took a cotton ball, wiped the blood off and then took the antiseptic that they clean supplies in and poured it on my finger. It hurt so bad that my eyes teared up and I wanted to start crying. I verbally said ow and he said well I have to clean it and then proceeded to pour it on all of my fingers although the rest weren't bleeding. Now, not only are both hands hurting, but they are burning. He then insisted I pay. When I signed the receipt and didn't put a tip because the last time I was there, they told me tips must be in cash, he asked why I didn't give him a tip. I told him what they'd told me and he said, no write it on the paper. At this point, I was very upset and not sure if I should tip compared to how much pain I'd been in. Then, he quickly did my nail polish of which he got polish on most of my fingers and didn't bother to wipe it off. After letting my nails dry, I left and did not tip. For just a set of acrilyics I was there for almost 3 hours. I don't know why they've gone downhill but they have so don't go there ever.
