My Pampered Pooch

My Pampered Pooch has been grooming my dogs for over a year now. I have a Toy Poodle and a wire-haired Jack Russell, both requiring complicated cuts. I am very particular in the way my dogs are groomed and handled, and I have looked long and hard to find a grooming facility that not only grooms well, but attends to my dogs with loving care. My Pampered Pooch has done a wonderful job in both regards. They have listened to my needs and have delivered exactly what I have requested.



During the last year, my Toy Poodle has become a special needs dog. I was quite concerned about the grooming process going forward. Not only did the staff carefully note the instructions of my vet but, to my surprise, they also purchased the over-the-counter medications to have on hand for her next visit. I consider this to be going the extra mile on behalf of the furry clientele, putting their needs first.



The bottom line: My Pampered Pooch staff is truly concerned, loving and kind to animals; my dogs are always beautifully and impeccably groomed; and, most importantly, my dogs are calm and happy when I arrive to pick them up, which speaks volumes! Not to mention they have really great things in their boutique! I highly recommend them!

Yesterday we took our Golden Doodle to My Pampered Pooch. We had him groomed elsewhere and were disappointed. We thought that if we brought a picture and gave instruction about what we were looking for, a professional groomer would be able to achieve it.

We were again disappointed, even with a picture and instructions. The only thing we got was, that's how we do all our Golden Doodle's. They even cut off his beautiful eyelashes. He will grow out, but would not recommend except for bathing, blow-dry or a standard cut.

Great place to bathe your pets. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I'll never bathe my dogs anywhere else
