I requested Carpet Village come in, sand/refinish my hardwood floors and also replace some shoe molding. Stephen was very helpful with providing estimates and I went ahead and decided to go with them. They were able to complete the work within a week which worked out perfectly with my schedule. Unfortunately, after reviewing the work that had been done, I was very unimpressed.

Bad shoe molding was used, a boot print was left in the wood, marks were left on the walls, and there were places on the hardwood that were clearly not sanded. They also managed to trip the power and failed to mention anything to me about it. I was not able to enter the home for a couple of days because of the floors, so the puddle under the fridge was a nice surprise as well as the spoiled food inside the fridge.

I immediately contacted Stephen and he expressed concern and ensured me all these problems would be taken care of immediately. I reluctantly agreed to give them a second chance.

The second time around, the floors looked much better and they managed to fix many of their mistakes. Unfortunately, if you are at the right angle you can still see the boot print, there are still some areas where the floor was sanded a bit uneven, and there are places where the shoe molding was placed very unprofessional like.

I was charged the original amount we agreed upon but was given a bottle of floor cleaner. (I am a man of my word and accepted to pay them a specific amount; and although I do not believe they kept their end of the deal, I'll keep my word.)

Overall, very nice folks running this business, but unfortunately the contractors they hired to represent their company did a sub-par job.

I may use them again in the future for the simple fact that when I pointed out their mistakes, they were quick to address them and were very professional the whole time.

I would like to thank Carpet Village for my beautiful hardwood floors.They look better than I would have ever imagined.For your information I had 5 different companies come out to give me a estimate.By far and away Carpet Village was the most professional and courteous of the other companies.Your salesperson answered all of my questions and put my anxiety at ease.Your price was several hundred dollars lower then the other prices for the same product.Thank you for making my floorcovering experience a great one. Whenever I need my carpet replaced,which will be soon.Carpet Village will be my 1st and only choice.

I shopped all over. After seeing through all the promises and ginmmicks of other stores, Carpet Village provided me with beautiful new carpet and vinyl floors for the price I was willing to pay. They were even able to install them when I wanted.

I have bought all of my floorcovering from Carpet Village for the past 12 years. I wouldn't shop any where else. Low prices, quality products, and excellent seervice.

I love my new carpet and hardwood floors by Carpet Village. They did a great job of coaching me in selecting the right products for my home and budget.

After shopping around, we found Carpet Village to be the best flooring purchase experience. Their showroom is attractive with a large variety of quality products. They offer the top names brands as well as inexpensive and high value alternatives. The salespeople were pleasant, knowledgeable, very helpful, and not the least bit pushy.

Their overall prices were lower than other places I shopped. They installed our new floors in a timely and proffessional manner. The results are stunning. We are very pleased with our Carpet Village flooring purchase experience.
