        The waitstaff is some of the most inconsiderate and rude I've ever encountered. I actually witnessed a waitress raise her voice to a customer, and the manager did nothing to alleviate the situation. The only reason I was there was because Village Inn had a long wait. Next time, I'll take the wait over horrible service.
