No one wants to be in the situation where they need to call a locksmith, especially in Palo Alto, CA , Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc are the guys to call. I've had a lockout and a broken lock at 2 different locations, and both times Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc was there within a half hour. The last time was a lock out, and the owner was there in like 15-20 minutes. We have a really tough lock to pick, one of those ones where you need to send the keys out to be machined.... He worked at picking this lock for 20 minutes, every which way, it's a pick proof lock. Luckily, as we were talking he opened the door and we were in! No damage to my expensive lock, no drill outs, no up charge.. I was telling him how good it is to have reliable guys like him around to do this, it's not a regular thing to have a guy with morals in the lock business. I gave him a tip, usually you feel so screwed after all of the up charging <which he didn't do at all> that's the last thing you're think

Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.

I got locked out and called Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Palo Alto, CA. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.
