Supercuts

Took my 8 month old son here for his first haircut. They did an amazing job, fixing what mommy messed up. I would take him back. Friendly staff love the blond, sorry I am bad at remembering names. Thanks a bunch.

On one of my visits here they were quite busy, I was told there would be a 45 minute wait, so I ran a few errands, and came back... On my last visit I got a cut and color, and was completely amazed! I LOVE what the stylist did with my hair! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do, but they took the time to show me options, and offered suggestions. I have gotten many compliments, and it took 20 years off my appearance.... worth every penny! The only "dislike" I have is that if you want to make an appointment for a certain time, they charge an extra $3....? Otherwise you take your chances on how long you will be there, it's walk ins only.

I have been to plenty of other salons in the AV and I have spent from 50$ to 100$ for a haircut & style and always left unimpressed with my haircut and style along with the snobby staff but after going to this supercuts I absolutely love my hair not to mention I can't go a day without getting complimented on how cute the cut or color is. I recommend this supercuts to everyone I know and I know some of the people I recommended this Supercuts to are now regular customers. They have great prices and always have good deals on color and conditioning treatments. It's a huge plus that the staff is so kind and friendly. I give it 5 stars. FYI the pricing on here is wrong it is $15 for any cut man or woman and $13 for children also pricing varies on color and highlights.

Terrible service and quality. I waited for 25 min (instead of 10 as promised), and a young and apparently very unexperienced lady gave my son the worst haircut Ever! It wasn't even cheap. Such a shame! waste of money and time

Don't go to this Supercuts, unless you want to be completely misled as to the service you will receive. I sat down and was told I would have an expected wait of 10 minutes, with essentially one customer in front of me. Turns out there were 4 customers for one hairstylist and my wait turned into 1 hour. When asked why I was misled, the person at the front desk told me that she said there would be a wait (of 10 minutes--1 person in line). No apologies and no concerns about how the customer chooses to spend their time. I could have always come back or run some errands as well. So if you don't care at all about how you spend your time and customer service you receive, this place is for you.
