Fastenal Company

Customer service is extremely horrible. I've placed an order over a month ago and they continually tell me that the order has been lost and that they will try to track it, I leave my cell phone number so that I can be contacted, no response for a week, I call again and they say that there is no order but they will look for it and give me a call back. Multiple individuals that are employed there have told me this, Fastenal needs to reevaluate the employees that they hire because I will never take any of my business here again, as well as I will continue to tell people the experience I received with them. Their entire staff is a joke.
