All About Kids Pediatrics Inc

I've been coming to all about kids since 2004. They are one of the best pediatricians on the treasure coast! Extreemly friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses are like a second family once you start going there and the office staff has NEVER been rude in the past 10 years I've been going there! If your looking for a great long term pediatrician team, then all about kids in palm city is the place to go!

The doctor is fine, but the staff is terrible. The nurse would not let me be present while she gave my newborn daughter a catheter to collect a urine sample. I asked 3 times if I could be there with her and was told, "No." No parent should ever be told that when a routine procedure is being performed on their child. I will never go back there.

No way is the above reviewer referring to the right doctors office. There are several pediatric offices throughout Florida with that name!



I do not see the need for name badges since on your first visit everyone pleasantly introduces themselves to you in colorful scrubs with familiar cartoon characters and bright cheery colors! Never have I seen anyone with a white coat and we have taken our boys to All About Kids since the day they opened their doors! And notably so, I have to say that most parents can assume that the nice lady that takes you back to the exam room is either a nurse or medical assistant since they are the ones weighing your child, taking temperatures and asking crucial questions outlined by the doctor herself. The more the doctor knows before she sees your child the less you have to wait! Simple as that.

Another reason this reviewer must not have the right doctor/doctors office is because everyone is so pleasant and helpful which is such a relief when you have sick youngsters!

Such a shame that we can not flag a review since the above reviewer has so wrongfully described All About Kids in Palm City.

I'm not quite sure if they are always like this, but from the moment I walked in with my sleeping 4 month old they were rude. No one introduces themselves or tells you their purposes. No one wears proper badges including the doctors. Doors are left open to the sick rooms and left unclean. We were escorted by a rude nurse, shoved inside of a small "well" room, and given the 3rd degree. With every answer that was given to the "standard questions," the nurse would scoff & roll her eyes. She then proceeded to check my child over like she was twisting a rubber doll. I was offended by the way she just peaked through at him. Once the doctor arrived, assuming the woman wearing a white coat was the doctor, she proceeded to twist & turn my child duplicating exactly every move that the first nurse did. Nothing else was looked at. Shoddy work. Then they refused to hear my concerns for vaccine side effects causing major illnesses. To close this whole event, THEY FORGOT WE WERE IN THE ROOM. Everyone just left us & walked out. Finally, I peered my head out and asked if there was a problem. The nurses frowned and sternly snickered at me asking me if I was ignorant & if I didn't realize they were done (as they were bickering among themselves.) I will never come back to this place. It should be named all about us not all about kids. I expected better quality service, assertiveness, better bedside manner, proper tags/i.d.s, & better quality care. My child wasn't sick, but the prevention of being sick is just as important.
