        I call these guys up to get an estimate on resealing 9 windows on a commercial Building . I asked him if he could come and look the job over and give me a proposal . He responded with , what's your budget ? I asked him again I would like a proposal please . Then he replied 20K . Must be a bunch of idiots , my highest bid was $3500 .
        Don't waste you time !
