Would rate a 0star if possible. Where to start!?! I highered Chuck to do a small roof interior repair. He said he was capable and I took his word. I guess he made the repair because he was here for 2 half days. Offered a job to my roommate. Seemed okay. I paid him, even though he was to come back in a couple days to finish the interior repairs once they fully dried. Told me the work was guaranteed. Well he made a pass at my roommate who is half his age. Never came to finish the job. Well the roof began to leak within a month. After multiple times of "I'll be there tomorrow" I gave up. Reported him to BBB, plan on going to small claims court because I have a feeling there's no other way to get the money back and I need it to pay another contractor. Such a complete con man!! Waste of my time!!! Save money, time, and stress... Use someone else!!!

I had Charles Richard Naylor come to my home for an estimate on my dock. We began dating. I cannot speak of his work ability. However, I learned the hard way that he is a con man. He had to be removed from my home. I then Google his name in Brevard County Clerk of Courts. I was astounded at his record. He stole a blank check from me and attempted to cash it for $1500.00. My bank caught it and alerted me. I would be extremely leery giving this homeless con artist any money. Please be careful.

One star is too much! My experience was not as satisfying as Patricia's. Trying to get Chuck and his guys to come to our house was like pulling teeth. When they did come, it was usually for a half day. The work completed was so sub-par, that I eventually had to let them go. This was a great learning experience for me.

I used this company for a recent roof repair i needed done. Chuck was fantastic he came out for free and looked at my problem (big hole). The next morning he was back and fixed the entire thing that day also painting the area and cleaning up the mess when he was finished.
