Sunflower Medical Group PA

I have been a patient here for years and I must say I am very pleased with the service of my Dr, however the front desk could use some changes..ASAP!! They have no compassion and most days are nothing but rude! The last few years it seemed to turn around as the girl who worked the front desk was amazing! She always had a smile on her face and I always saw her put forth that extra effort to assist with whatever the patients needed, even if it wasn't her job. I haven't seen her there for a good 6 months at least. The girl who has been up front since should have NOTHING to do with customer service. She is more than rude, snotty, and could care less about the patients. I am shocked with the way I have seen her talk to and treat us patients! If I didn't like my Dr so much, I would transfer due to HER alone!! That's your job little missy and if you don't like it, I say go find something else. I am outraged they have kept someone like that on staff for so long!
