Tire Kingdom

My daughter had been complaining about a warning light that said one or more tires on her Honda Accord were low on air and asked me to look at them. I stopped by and explained the issue to the service manager, Andrew Johnson. He checked all 4 tires and could find nothing wrong after he insured that the correct pressures were holding. He suggested that I keep an eye on the pressures because changes in temperature can cause small differences, but that anything observable indicates a more serious problem. He could easily have told me that all 4 tires needed to be replaced or that some other problem drew his attention and that it needed attending to right away. I was pleased and very appreciative of his honesty and will definitely return when any of our cars need tire service and/or replacement. Integrity matters! Well done, Andrew.

Not only am I coming back but my whole family will now be loyal customers to this location. After dealing with a lot of people charging me ridiculous amounts and not fixing what was really wrong, I was completely worn out. The employees bent over backwards for me and got me the best deal possible. If it weren't for them I would have had to wait another 2 weeks for me to get my car. Being a full time student and working full time, that was not something I wanted to deal with. A big thank you goes out to the employees/ managers. You now have not just 1 loyal customer, but my whole family as well.
