Monarch Dental

Avoid this place at all costs. Service has been terrible since the very beginning. My son has been in several times to get a crown re-reattached. This time they gave my wife the run around and tried to send her to the same dentist at another practice because they did not want to honor the warranty. Then their dentist walked out and refused to do the work. Had braces done as well and the service was pathetic. Orthodontist was only in once every two weeks and could not get in for an emergency appointment for a month. The wires constantly kept coming unattached. Do not go here.

I went here a few months ago after relocating to the area. I had always had regular dental visits and never had any cavities. Here the dentist spent two min with me and he simply came in said I need ten teeth taken care of my mouth was just so terrible and full of cavities. I sat up and said it was hard to Believe I suddenly had such a bad mouth. He told me fine if I didn't do it today he would see me in a year for dentures!! I asked for my X-rays ( which was a hassle) and went and had two other consults. They both said I had two what looks like they could be starting to become cavities but where too small to really worry about. My mouth also was so sore and painful for two days after being at monarch dental which didn't happen anywhere else! Please don't trust them with your health!!

Do not go here. The only reason I did is because it was one of only 3 places that my insurance covers. They were not friendly, not helpful, not thorough (my mouth felt sore and not clean after my cleaning.) The doctor spent all of 2 minutes with me and he was not personable. I don't even remember what he looked like and my appointment was not long ago. My friend went for a braces consultation and the doctor was in a hurry to get him out of his office. Didn't answer question, just didn't care at all. Not impressed.
