        Needed two windshields replaced, they beat the best price I had!! so far so good! ...I turned up with my cars and was told the work would be done in 1hr 30 mins. 5 hours later I turned up to collect my car and was told that the call center made a mistake and it was going to cost me an additional $100. I was told this is a regular occurrence with the call center and the shop.

        Don't be fooled into thinking that these guys have the best price in town, that's what they say to get you in the door and then they waste your time for hours and try and fleecy you for more money and they call that customer service. They have the make, model and year of your car and provide you a quote in writing and still they can't get the right. They will not honor the written quote they issued.
