This place is good if have a playground and a little pond this is a best place to live reject the other comment they are Ridiculous and the most have Thrown out and they are mad

The complex is OK but very pricy and your neighbors in some cases are not educated at all. Noisy, trashy, make parties in the middle of the week, etc. Willingtong Lakes / Orangeburg is a bad place to get an apartment unless you are accostumed to live like that.
