        Overall
        They were not reliable when I used them...

        They lost a leather jacket just before Christmas last year, then tried to deny I ever brought it in until I produced the receipt. I was told all kinds of false stories before I finally had to really get ugly with the managers to get what they called fair money for the jacket. I would not go back here.
