Taco Mesa

My daughters and I have been eating here for almost 20 years. I always get a blackened chicken burrito, wet(with sauce on top). Their stuffed jalapeno's are fabulous too. Even a simple chicken taco is really good. However, I wish the place was cleaner. You walk up to a counter and order/pay and then your name is called and you pick up your order. There is a large tip jar on the counter and when you put money in the jar, they ring a loud bell that everyone can hear, including the cooks. I'm always annoyed when I feel that a tip, at the counter, is expected. It makes me feel like my food would suffer, had they not rang the bell. I always tip because of it.
