        Susie,

        I am so sorry that your overall experience with our service was dissatisfying. I hate for this to be your impression of my business. I have searched through all of my records from 2013 through the time of your post and there is no record of doing any work for a Susie or Susan C. in that time frame.         Overall

        We had a terrible experience dealing with Bob's Home & Business Repair Inc. Billing and communication between Bob, the subcontractor, and ourselves has been very difficult. Added charges at end of project due to slow and unknowledgeable workmanship.
