Square Deal Auto Salvage

I called Square Deal because I needed a passenger mirror for my car. I explained that I was at work and that my wife and two kids would have to stop by and pick up the part. I also explained that it was going to be a 45 minute drive each way for them. I was told "I'm sure I have that part." I asked if he could confirm that he had the part and was told "no, you will just have to come out here." I explained the situation again and asked if I could call back in a few hours to see if they had the part. I was told again that they "most likely" had the part and that I just needed to send my wife out there to look at them. The car is an '03 Taurus. It's not that uncommon.

Horrible customer service, rude employees and worst of all a product that doesn't work. I told them I wanted a part replaced within the 30 day warranty and he said no, there was nothing he could do for me. He wouldn't give me his name so I have to refer to him as "him".



I have never been treated like that in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought an alternator for my durango. As I was leaving the shop the gentleman told me if it doesn't work bring it back. Well it didnt work. I called him to let him know, he stated he will not replace it nor refund my money. If i want to come in he said "I'll sell you another". Clearly if I risked buying bad alternators from him iver and over Id be in bad shape. Will definitely lure folks away.

This is the first place I call for used auto parts. They have always provided quality parts at very good prices, to me.
