I called the co. On a Friday. They said they would be put by the next thur. Saturday I called and they asked for all my info again and said they would be out Monday. Monday at 5 I called and they said it would be Tue and asked for all my info again. Tue at noon I called and they said they has someone out sick and it would be in the afternoon or wed and they would call me in 30 min. And asked for my info again. I called 3 hours later and they said it would be wed. I found another window co in the meantime but them taking over a week with not a call or show all they could say was I slipped through the cracks and they are a small co with little staff. I would never recommend this company. They clearly do not have their stuff together to be running a business. When I told them I found another co they said "that's good (the other co) has a bigger staff".

I had work scheduled. The day they were to do the work the worker said the measurments were wrong and the door would not fit. He said someone would call me later that day to set up another time. After about a week and a half I called and they scheduled another time. When the worker came back out (after getting an estimate for the work and the worker reviewing what was needed on the day he came out) they did not have all the material they needed. He ended up putting a new door in and placing the old rotted seal back up around the door, filling rotted out areas it with cement. Got a new door with a ruff, nesty looking door seal. Everyone notices it.
