Century Nail

I had a wonderful pedicure this morning. The chair was great! It massaged my back while I was soaking my feet. Van did a great job of cleaning the chairs and basins between customers and made sure everyone was taken care of. Vans sister did my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with it. There were men and women getting pedicures. I’ve been going here for years and would recommend it highly!

This nail salon is not sanitary. I went in for a pedicure and after the nail tech was done she wiped the equipment she used on my feet with alcohol and walked behind the counter and I heard the lady fumbling with paper/plastic. As I walked up to the counter to pay my bill she walked away to grab something and I looked over the counter and saw the same equipment she used on me put back in the what is supposed to be packed with new clean/sterile equipment. They use self seal sterilization pouches, they DO NOT properly sterilize their equipment. And yes I do know it was the same equipment that was used for my pedi because it had the same spot where the sticker was removed and the sticky residue from the sticker was not completely taken off. Also they did not clean out the foot spa basin either... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SALON AGAIN!!!!!

I went in to get a pedicure and paid 25 dollars for just a single polish no design. Chinese lady couldn't figure out what a flower was the designs were ugly and the not to mention they have cheap fingernail polish so make sure u wait a whole day to shower or paint will chip. Terrible service I would never go they overpriced for wack service. You can find pedicures way cheaper and people with experience with designs.save yourself some money I wish I did.

I went in and had my nails done with my 7 month old daughter I specifically told the employee not to rush when she began. What did she do? Rush! She was very rude and kept muttering under her breathe to the employee next to her. She began to paint my nails and I told her to stop as it was sloppy and rushed. I began to tell her I wasn't paying for the service and was unsatisfied to begin with. I told her I wanted to take the nail polish off and I was going to leave. The employee next to her said we will redo them I told her no as I wasn't satisfied with the service to begin with. I payed her what I thought she deserved and began to leave the manager got in front of me in the doorway and refused to let me leave unless I paid for the full service (which was never completed) I told her i wasn't going to and she proceeded to push me and put her hands on me while i had my child in my arms and refused to let me leave the salon. I then called the police and a complaint was reported. This salon is by far the WORST salon ever I would stay far far away and never ever go in! You don't put your hands on a customer nor a customer with a child! Save your time and money and go somewhere else! STAY FAR AWAY!

Are you serious this place I would not refer my worse enemy to. Bad service and even worse abusive employees.
