The tech knew what he was doing. He quoted us a price and when he was finished that's what we were charged. We appreciate the honesty.

When I noticed that my AC unit was just blowing air and the outside unit was not even running I called One Hour Air. The lady that answered the phone was very polite. She even tried to trouble shoot possible problems over the phone. After trying several things it was clear that we needed someone to come out. At first she told me it would be sometime around 4pm before they could get someone out. I was surprised when they showed up right around 1pm and were done in 30 minutes. The employees that came out were nice and courteous. They even did a courtesy check to make sure everything else was running smoothly.
