        I had a return to make and when I reached the Customer Service area there was an employee helping one other customer. Another employee was at the desk with a computer, on the phone. When she hung up, I was expecting her to ask if she could help me, but she just continued doing computer work and COMPLETELY IGNORED me standing there. The other girl at the register was having some problems with her current customer and I could see she was working hard to remedy whatever the problem was. The other girl continued to sit at the desk and ignore me. Finally, after about 10 or 15 minutes, having stood there with no bench to sit on, the girl finished with her customer and apologized to me about taking so long and having me wait. The other employee was still staring at her computer. THE IRONY OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION IS THAT THE EMPLOYEE AT THE DESK WAS SITTING DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH A SIGN THAT STATED "CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST"!!!!!!! JOKE!
