Jim Gardner Construction just completed a total foundation rebuild on my older home. The project was completed on time. The crew was polite, hard working and clean up was meticulous. Jim responds immediately to calls,or e-mails. I really appreciated the direct and timely communication, My home is on a downhill slope and it was not an easy project. It was completed without any problems. Jim is a very experienced and knowledgeable contractor . It was such good experience to be able to hire a company that allows you to feel confident that you contracted with the best. I would definitely work with this company again.

Jim Gardner and his crew retrofitted my basement for Earthquake protection, built a retaining wall in an excavated area to support the foundation, put in drainage and rebuilt my front porch and steps. Jim does great work for a reasonable price. Both he and his crew are very professional, polite, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure to work with Jim and his crew on a drainage job that my husband and I had to deal with in our home. The design Jim came up with saved us money and was the best way to go. There are very few contractors out there with the amount of experience he has. He made it a priority to communicate clearly and quickly and kept to our budget. We now have a dry house and they finished ahead of schedule. They were kind, very tidy and we barely noticed them working in the house.
