Jason does a GREAT job when HE cuts the grass but when he hired staff to assist him, the finished job is now inconsistent. He changes staff quite often. They dig too deep and form trenches when they trim. Despite the fact that we have stated we don't like our yard trimmed that way, every time there is a staff change, we're back at square one. Jason appreciates commendation but does not take criticism as well. He's non-responsive when there's a concern. We recently changed to another company.

I've had wonderful & quick service, not to mention affordable. They have built a retaining wall & rocked the area, graded the front yard and reseed. It looks absolutely beautiful! I've hired them plowed & salted our privated street. The last project was on a 19 degree weather day. I had a huge branch over 40 foot off the ground split in half and need to be removed for safety reason. I recieved same day service. They were on time and did an outstanding job in removing & clean up. As soon as it warms up, I've hired them to clean out my gutters!

The Staff at Affordable Lawn Service are consistantly courteous and respectful of property being maintained and the customers they serve. They value every customers business. Staff members go above and beyond the standards of the contract and inform clients of other concerns aside from the lawn, such as dirty ac units and dirty dryer vents.
