We purchased a pool this past June from ABC Pool (which has excellent customer service) but they recommended Done Right Pools for the installation. In my opinion the did a terrible job. We called and the owner Ray came out and he stated the "most of the time their customers think they do a terrible job". Those were the exact words out of his mouth. I would never recommend them. That being said, it was ABC Pools that recommended to us. If you purchase a pool from ABC, do not use Done Right Pools for the installation.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the worst company to do business with! We purchased a hot tub from them in September 2014. It leaked from day one (couple gallons per day) and it still is not fixed (January 2015)!!!!!!! I have been passed from one company to the next in regards to getting it fixed, yet nothing has happened. Of course I have sent ABC multiple emails weeks ago, and have yet to hear a response. What kind of company closes for two months, leaves a message saying someone will return your email within 48 hours, and than doesn't get back to their customers!!! They could care less about the expense of wasted water and chemicals on my part! They got their money, and that's all they care about! NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE HERE!!!
Wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it, they will get it for you.

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible customer service!!! Called the store to ask if they carried a part for our hot tub. The woman abruptly interrupted me 3 times saying "bring it in and we'll match it up." even though I was trying to verify the item was in stock. After being told they carry a full supply of parts in store and to bring out part to match, we drive one hour to their location only to be told they carry NO hot tub parts in store and special order (costing more than we could've purchased on line!). Will NEVER use this store again!
