        Customer service was disgusting at this location. The assistant manager was useless, all he could say was sorry for his employees actions. May I make a suggestion, I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 plus years...it serves your best interest to satisfy the customer and attend to the situation with a sense of urgency. Just saying sorry means nothing without action.


        By far the laziest employees I have encountered at a big box store. I searched the store for the item I needed with no help from the employees I asked 6 different people with lowes aprons on and i received 6 different answers... f****** useless.

        I guess it's time to go back to Home Depot.

        Sorry for my frustration, but I have given this big box store so much business, and to be honest, I wanted them to be better than Home depot. I had hoped that Lowes service would stay strong as they were when they first opened, however they'll have succumbed to time and your service shows it!!!!

        Went to Lowes looking for a new washing machine. They gave me a great deal on a front-loading Maytag, with all the discounts, rebates, and sale prices I paid only $350 for a $900 machine! I go to them for all my kitchen appliances.
