I had to warranty their alternator in about 8 months got the replacement alternator after having to send out back on my dime and send them $25 for shipping and handling (shipping was $15 through USPS). Warranty is advertised as a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. They will only warranty it once, they told me. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Bought an alternator and less than 6 months don't work at all. I returned the alternator back but they didn't return my money and another alternator.

This is reply to previous review that was nder Julie C , this is fake review there isn't customer with this name, it was Don who had his car fixed by Eagle, service was labor only and customer agreed for the price he was give and agreed to proceed , when customer called stating he wasn't happy, Eagle did do the labor again and he was happy, since he called and left message that he was happy with the car but now he thinks the price was high, it wasn't $200 he is liar. Don't believe everything you read, harassing customer non stop calling , breaking windows and leaving message with his action and they have the nerve to leave a fake review. Way to go America!
