Would not recommend to any one...Would never let them in my home again.

Ponds installed two water heaters and a water softener on short notice for me. Customer service and installation were excellent. Prices were competitive.

Pond's Plumbing installed a new water heater for us today and did a great job. What could of been a nightmare ended up going relatively smooth. Amazing service!! They were at my house in an hour and half after calling and worked fast to fix my problem. Being a girl, I'm always leary of getting taken advantage of... I felt just the opposite with Pond's Plumbing. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and even offered advice concerning the care of my plumbing. Pond's Plumbing for life!!!

Had to replace a couple of difficult power vented water heaters. Ponds recommended an Eternal Hot water system. Their prices were competitive, Jason was knowledgeable, prompt and had the system installed as promised on time. Great experience, these guys will be my "go to" plumbing and heating folks.

They showed up on time and prepared. They were upfront with thei pricing and had no hidden suprises for me. You will love this company, give em a try, I am glad I did.

Great company to work with. Friendly, fast....just a great company. My husband and I were in Hawaii, and our kids were home with a babysitter. We got a call from the babysitter early morning Saturday that our heater went out, so from Hawaii we called Pond's and they were out there within the hour fixing the furnace. I use these guys for everything!!!

Ponds Plumbing replaced our furnace and they were great to work with they were fast, friendly, and honest. We didn't know how much it would cost but they showed several different options and explained why we would want to choose each one. We ended up going with a middle of the road furnace. We appreciated thier honesty and friendly service.
