Hewett's is the only Heating and Air Service our family uses. Even though my uncle does heating and air Hewett's is the only service we use!

I have bought two AC Units from them. First one lasted bare 2 Years. The second I bought broke 1 Year, 8 Months. They came out on Friday at 630 PM , 2 days after I called them to get them come out. Of course the charged me and made me wait until Monday again late afternoon to come back out, after several calls from me. Again another charge. Keep in mind, this unit was under a two year warranty. They said the part wasn't covered. Charged me $242, after I waited 6 Days with 98 degrees in my home with my son. Now 6 weeks later it is broken again. Never buy anything from these people. They don't honor your money, time and the warranties.
