Eduardo Kofman, MD

Hi. i can't say if Dr Kofman is a good doctor (he didn't know what was wrong with me, referred me for 2nd opinion to a different GI), but he has the worst staff ever. Front desk girls are rude and arrogant. I had 3 appointments and wait time was from 1hour to 2 hours. Waiting room is very small full of people seating on top of each other, no air.

I have insurance and they don't want to fax request for 2nd opinion authorization to my insurance company. The girl that takes care of the authorizations talked to me like she was doing me a favor. she said that she would fax request if she has time. Please save your time and aggrivation stay away!
