Customer Service is perfect when Stephen Hearon is working. I went in today to get a battery for my car key fob. He was very nice and helped with what I needed.

I was at the store on Saturday to get a watch battery with my friend. We left and went outside to visit. I went to my truck and noticed I had a flat tire. We talked to Jacob and Blake inside the store and told them what happened and they offered to help changed the tire. They were the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. I want to thank you both again for helping me. They went above the top to help out ! Jacob and Blake I won't forget your kindness....thank you both!

They have top personnel and they've gone the extra mile to meet my needs. In addition my store (NLR) has great merchandise. Battery Outfitters, NLR is always a pleasure to trade with.

Purchased 4 Trojan Batteries for my golf cart last year and was told that they came with a 2-year warranty. Later found out that the batteries only had a 1-year warranty. They took batteries out of cart charged and put them back in at no cost. Apologized for the bad information on the warranty and offered to replace batteries if they didn't hold a charge. "Great Customer Service"!!!!!!!!!!!
