This business is a total scam. Do not purchase anything from them online. They sent me a completely different product and will not answer any of my calls. Stay away from this scammers. Their online website is a total scam.

Buyers beware... I purchased 4 bottles of Bio-Dex Protect-All Supreme PAO32 (together in one order). They used the USPS to ship; tracking # shows it was delivered, but it wasn’t delivered to my address. The day after my package was supposed to have been delivered, I contacted the staff at MYPoolYard (AKA Wholesale Pool Mart Inc.), and for two weeks I was given the run-around by the woman who answered my calls. I was told they were in touch with the Post Office to put a trace on the package, but I have now learned they never contacted the post office. A reputable company would have sent another order out to me immediately, but these people refused to acknowledge the loss and send another order to me. The so-called "supervisor" Justin Pime was incredibly rude to me on the telephone. He refused to put me in touch with his superior, acting out in an unprofessional, childish manner, even threatening to block my telephone number so I couldn't call back to speak with his supervisor.

Prices are WAY lower than other pool supply places. Was refered here and was surprised that the same item somewhere else was $55, but only $38 here. Plus, they gave my 3 yr old a free pool ball since it was her b-day! Great service!
