They don't return phone calls or respond to emails. Thank GOD I never had to file a claim or I would really be in trouble. Initially, things were great but then Patrick, the agent stopped answering phone calls. I have emailed and rarely did he respond to the emails. I was able to reach him whenever a payment was due but that was about it. I am really disappointed because Patrick was very personable but him not responding to emails or phone calls this is over the top ridiculous.

Been a loyal customer for several years... But in January needed some updates to my policy and cant believe this place. Cant get emailed back, Almost impossible to get calls returned its like pulling teeth. Still trying... Cant get address updated ..Yes that's all I needed... Terrible... Worst of all Management got involved and still same thing... Rood customer service as well....
