Duraclean

I have use your company for 13 years, you came and cleaned my carpets two weeks ago, 3 days later I spilled a small amount of ginger ale, so decided just to use my own carpet cleaner to clean the little area, after a couple swipes, my water was filthy, so decided to check all the other rooms. Your employees are great, so not any blame placed there. I'm just so disappointed. Every room was very dirty. I have noticed this one other time, but just thought it was a fluke, that's why I always request first one of the day, thinking tank was dirty, but that's not the case. Again after 13 yrs just very disappointed.
