        We built in a former pine tree forest, so have been struggling with termites until we contacted Borden. They are very quick to respond, very informative, friendly and reasonably priced. They stand by their guarantee and have been extremely helpful. Very happy with the results and service. Jenny Riddle

        I DO NOT recommend that anyone...

        I DO NOT recommend that anyone use this company.



        We signed up for their B112 ant service 2 years ago which comes with a guarantee and when it did not work they gave us our money back.



        2 years pass and they call to "renew" our service which we thought meant our termite and house spraying. After they were done and we paid, they called back to renew our termite plan. I explained what happened and they said if it did not work this time they would refund the money again...so I agreed.



        Low and behold, when it did not work...and they had re-treated a couple of times, they agreed to give me a refund.



        However, after a few weeks I called back and was told by the office lady that she decided they were not going to abide by their agreement and refund the cost. I asked to speak to the owner, RIchard Borden, hoping to work something out since I had been with them for 10 years, and was told that he knew about the situation and refused to talk to me. I guess he does not care about his customers and I am stuck with ants all over my yeard.



        I guess the $300 ant service is worth more to them than the $425 they would get next year...and the next...and the next. What a shame. Please do not buy into their false guarantees and end up jipped out of a few hundred dollars like we did.
