        Overall

        We have a contract with Norman Heat and Air and they came to check out the units for the winter. Terrance Hall was the tech they sent. He was very professional and treated us with respect. Did not hesitate to give us a report on the units. We want to let people know that this is a good company to do business with.

        Also Chris (who is a plumber) checked out the plumbing for the winter and he also was a very professional person. These people are good for Norman Air to have working with the company.
