They came out to replace faucets and told us they just needed repacked. They were wonderful. Great job and wonderful customer service!

Over charges what they quote you. They didn't do job correctly first time and are trying to charge again. Still didn't do what I asked to be done the second time. Got dirt all over bathroom and didn't even make effort to clean. Terrible customer service and quality and prices.

They send an apprentice out and charge you for that, even though they don't tell you they will when you call. So the $90 an hour they quote you is really $135 an hour since the apprentice, who basically hands the plumber tools, is a charge of $45 an hour on top of the plumber. They also charge you a 3.5% fee for using a credit card and again, the person on the phone (Lindsey - who MUST BE A relative!) said, every one does that (maybe in her world, but not in mine). She ended up being extremely rude when I called to pay my bill. After Tim called me liar about my husband calling to schedule (I double-checked with my hubby and I was THE ONLY person who called!), I would NEVER do business with them again! It blows my mind that they still are in business with the total lack of customer service and deceptive per hour charges.

A friend of mine grew up as a plumber's helper. When I mentioned a complete blockage in my sewer line he volunteered to help me make the repair. We worked 6 hours and I had to stop him because something in there was tearing his equipment apart. The next day was Christmas.

I called Leon's Plumbing and asked them to come out right away, but was turned down as the next day was Christmas. "But the day after Christmas .."

Bright and early on Wednesday Leon's truck pulled up in my driveway. The young lad of 21-25 worked for about 40 minutes and thought he had the problem fixed, he began running water into the commode to make sure. I asked how much to make the check out for and went to make it. When I returned he was preparing to get on the roof again with a bigger cutting head. "I heard gurgling."

He worked for another hour before he was satisfied with the job. The low, low price remained the same.

In addition to rodding out the line he pulled the handicapped commode, put a double wax ring under it, sealed the entire edge AND cleaned out the bath tub line. He also made sure the washer line and the kitchen sink lines were clear -- all without raising the price he had given me initially, in spite of my earnest protests that the first price was less than half what I had reasonably expected.

When he left the floor was spotless, everything was back in its place, and he hadn't gotten himself dirty either. I would very definitely recommend Leon's Plumbing to anyone in the Norman/Noble/Thunderbird area.
