I have been going to this establishment for over a year. Over this year they go through mangers and server's and etc. The only thing that really bothers me is the dam flies. Must put in a fly zapper. Can't enjoy eating or drinking with dam flies. Please someone take care of this matter please

I had never tried this restaurant before, so I thought I would drop by on the way home. I stood at the counter for at the least for 15 minutes waiting to order. During this time I never saw one employee smile or acknowledge the fact I was there. I was not going to stand there forever, so I left and when I arrived home called the manager. I did not receive much help from him in terms of an apology and as a matter of fact did not sound like he cared about my experience. The restaurant may have had 5 to ten tables and that was it. I left and after leaving called the corporate headquarters and they are investigating this lack of Management.

My friend and I went to BWW in Norman tonight for the season opener OU game. We are both in wheelchairs so the accommodations were great BUT literally every 5 seconds someone would come up and ask is if we were ok, even the same person. I'm really not exaggerating, it was ridiculous. We were there about and hour before the game started and they were asking if we were staying for the game. Well yes that's why we were there. My friend and I were talking and a waitress would come up and stand there waiting for us to finish our conversation then ask if we are ok. Then not even half way through the game AFTER we had said we were staying for the game she asked again if we were staying for the game and if we were gonna purchase any alcohol. Then they asked if we wanted to go boxes and to go drinks. We weren't even in the process of leaving. They asked us if we wanted our ticket to pay and we were like no we aren't leaving yet. This was over and over, finally the start of the 4th quarter we were over it. They were just so pushy and in your face, like they didn't even want us there. Very disappointed.

I've worked in restaurant settings and know the standards that need to be upheld. Heck, it's common sense to know what you can and cannot serve another human being. It is apparent that training is a process the new establishment has failed to cover thoroughly, both in the kitchen and service floor. You would think the chef would know proper cooking times for the wings and that the waitresses would know how to promptly refill water and know how to do so without spilling on the customer. These are the bare minimum skills required for the workers! It is an establishment based upon the consumption of chicken wings! Yet my three friends and I happen to all have semi-raw chicken in front of us. We were served chicken that was still cool and pink near the bone. I was greatly disappointed and disgusted after my visit. Our food was replaced but I still cannot get over the fact that we could have gotten sick if we weren't careful. That is not something I should have to worry about while eating at a restaurant. I would rather drive to Moore to receive better service and fully cooked chicken...on the first try.
