Overall

I would not recommend this company for anything but auto glass. I will say that the gals in their front office are very nice and helpful, but the product and installation was not very good. I purchased a partially frame-less glass shower surround and had them install it and had a number of problems. When they initially came to do the install, the glass had been mis-measured, so they had to re-order it, which took several more weeks. Then when the correct glass arrived and they installed it, the installers did a poor job sealing the edges, and it leaked everywhere; plus, they damaged some of the rubber seals during installation and put several scratches in my brand new tile shower. I called and complained, and they sent another person out to re-seal it, but was told they would have to order a replacement rubber seal. Even after this, it still leaked a little, but they said that once the replacement seal came in, they would fix the leak. This was over a month ago, and I have heard nothing. I finally just bought a tube of silicone and sealed it myself so it doesn't leak, but I've given up on them replacing the damaged rubber seal. Plus, their caulk/silicone job was pretty sloppy. I expect much better for the $1200 I paid for this glass shower.

Help in a Pinch

My daughters car had been broken into the night before and we needed her window replaced quickly since I lived in a different town and she needed her car daily. I called at 8:30 am and we delivered the car to them at 11:00 am. Her car was ready by 3:30 pm and it was quality work, friendly service, and a great price!!
